Public Rights Registration<\/h3>\n<p>Certain works are managed in connection with public rights registration systems, including the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.copyright-info-hub.bunka.go.jp\/explain\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><u>\u201cIndividual Creator Rights Information Registration System\u201d<\/u><\/a> promoted by the Agency for Cultural Affairs of Japan.<\/p>\n<p>Registration is not a condition for the existence of copyright.<br \/>\nHowever, such registration supports clarity of rights ownership and facilitates appropriate licensing and use.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;30px&#8221;][vc_column_text]4. Copyright Status of Generative AI-Assisted Works<br \/>\nSome works created by aratama \u749e incorporate generative AI tools.<br \/>\nHowever, the final outputs are produced through extensive human creative judgment and research-based processes, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Concept design and articulation of expressive intent<\/li>\n<li>Research and verification of structural and world-building elements<\/li>\n<li>Prompt engineering and optimization of generation parameters<\/li>\n<li>Selection, comparison, editing, and reconstruction of generated outputs<\/li>\n<li>Integrated use of multiple AI tools and models<\/li>\n<li>Experimental generation and iterative research processes<\/li>\n<li>Manual editing, compositing, adjustment, refinement, and final decision-making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Accordingly, such works are not treated as purely automated outputs, but as creative expressions involving substantive human authorship and research-driven judgment.<\/p>\n<p>The relationship between generative AI and copyright is managed in accordance with applicable law and relevant guidance issued by competent authorities.<\/p>\n<p>Reference: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bunka.go.jp\/seisaku\/chosakuken\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><u>Comprehensive Information on Copyright Policies \u2013 Agency for Cultural Affairs, Japan<\/u><\/a>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;30px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>5.
